What the website is for
An information guide to buying, building and new-build homes on the Costa del Sol, for foreign buyers. We do not sell property and we are not an estate agency, a law firm or a tax adviser. Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. If you ask about a paid service, such as a check before you sign or a snagging inspection, we answer by email, and any terms are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
Information on this website
We check facts against the sources listed on each page and show when they were last verified, but laws, rates and developments change, and errors can happen. Information on this website is not legal, tax or financial advice. Calculators give estimates only. Always check with an independent lawyer before you sign anything or pay any money.

What we write is not for sale. If anything on the website is ever paid for, it is clearly labelled as sponsored, and the label says who paid.
